Cancellation & Refund Policy

5.1 No Standard Patient Facilitation Fee

MEDICOEVO does not charge patients a standard medical-tourism facilitation/referral fee for its standard patient-assistance service. MEDICOEVO may receive commission or referral compensation from participating hospitals/healthcare providers.

5.2 Separate Paid Services

If MEDICOEVO separately agrees in writing to provide a paid service, the applicable fee and cancellation/refund conditions will be communicated before payment.

5.3 Hospital and Doctor Payments

Payments made directly to hospitals, clinics, doctors or other healthcare providers are governed by their respective refund and cancellation policies. MEDICOEVO cannot guarantee a refund from a third-party provider.

5.4 Consultation Fees

Doctor consultation or medical-opinion fees, where applicable, are subject to the relevant doctor's or hospital's cancellation/refund rules.

5.5 Visa Services

Government visa fees and charges imposed by authorities may be non-refundable. Payment for assistance does not guarantee visa approval.

5.6 Travel and Accommodation

Airline tickets, hotels, transportation and other travel services are subject to the relevant provider's cancellation rules.

5.7 Treatment Cancellation

If a patient does not proceed with treatment, any refund depends on amounts paid, services already provided, hospital/doctor rules, third-party charges, taxes and contractual terms.

5.8 Medical Outcome

A refund cannot normally be claimed solely because treatment did not produce the expected clinical result where the service was provided as agreed.

5.9 Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it may be processed through the original payment method or another agreed method. Processing time may depend on banks, hospitals or payment processors.

5.10 Currency

Foreign-currency payments may vary due to exchange rates, bank charges or payment-provider fees.

5.11 Cancellation Requests

Cancellation requests should be sent to info@medicoevo.com or 9899155202 with patient name, booking/reference number, service, payment date and reason.

5.12 Changes

We may update this policy. Terms applicable to a specific transaction will generally be those communicated before payment, subject to applicable law.
