Patient Information & Medical Data Consent

6.1 Consent to Process

By voluntarily submitting information to MEDICOEVO, I understand that my information may be processed to respond to my enquiry and provide requested medical-tourism facilitation services.

6.2 Consent to Share Relevant Medical Information

I understand that MEDICOEVO may share relevant medical information, reports and documents with appropriate hospitals, doctors or healthcare professionals to obtain medical opinions, treatment options, estimates, availability, consultations or other requested healthcare services.

6.3 Accuracy

I confirm that information and medical documents I provide are, to the best of my knowledge, accurate and genuine. I understand that incomplete or inaccurate information may affect medical opinions, estimates or services.

6.4 Voluntary Consent

I understand that providing medical information through MEDICOEVO is voluntary and that I should provide only information necessary for the service requested.

6.5 Withdrawal

Where applicable, I may withdraw consent for future processing by contacting info@medicoevo.com. Withdrawal may not affect processing already lawfully carried out or information required to be retained under applicable law or contractual obligations.

6.6 Communication Consent

I consent to MEDICOEVO contacting me regarding my enquiry or requested services through telephone, email and WhatsApp. Marketing communications, where applicable, should be handled through a separate optional consent.

6.7 Third-Party Healthcare Providers

I understand that hospitals and healthcare professionals may maintain their own patient records and privacy policies and may process information under their own legal and professional obligations.

6.8 Website Consent Checkbox

Recommended checkbox: “I confirm that I have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to SWASTI MEDCORE / MEDICOEVO processing the information I provide for my medical-tourism enquiry and, where necessary, sharing relevant information with healthcare providers to obtain medical opinions, treatment options, availability and estimates.”

6.9 Optional Marketing Checkbox

Recommended separate optional checkbox: “I would like to receive updates, offers and information from MEDICOEVO by email, telephone or WhatsApp. I understand that I can opt out of marketing communications at any time.”
