2.1 About MEDICOEVO
MEDICOEVO is a medical-tourism and healthcare facilitation brand operated by SWASTI MEDCORE in India.
2.2 Our Services
Services may include hospital/doctor identification, treatment enquiries, medical-opinion coordination, treatment estimates, appointment coordination, medical-tourism planning, visa-related coordination, airport transfers, accommodation assistance, local transportation, translation/interpreting assistance and other related facilitation services.
2.3 No Medical Diagnosis
MEDICOEVO is not itself the treating doctor or hospital. Unless expressly stated otherwise, it does not independently diagnose conditions or prescribe treatment. Clinical decisions are made by qualified healthcare professionals.
2.4 Hospitals and Doctors
Hospitals, doctors and healthcare providers are independent third parties unless expressly stated otherwise. MEDICOEVO does not guarantee a particular medical outcome, cure, treatment result, admission, procedure availability or final cost.
2.5 Treatment Estimates
Any treatment cost or quotation may be an estimate. Actual costs can change because of additional investigations, procedures, complications, longer hospitalization, medicines, doctor fees, hospital charges, exchange-rate changes or other clinical/service factors.
2.6 Medical Records
Patients are responsible for providing accurate and authentic medical information. MEDICOEVO is not responsible for consequences arising from inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or misleading information supplied by a patient or representative.
2.7 Visa and Immigration
Where MEDICOEVO assists with medical-visa coordination, such assistance does not guarantee visa approval. Visa decisions are made by the relevant government authority.
2.8 Travel and Third Parties
Travel, accommodation, transportation and other third-party services are subject to the provider's terms. MEDICOEVO is not responsible for airline cancellations, immigration decisions, border restrictions, natural disasters or third-party failures outside its reasonable control.
2.9 Patient Charges and Hospital Commission
MEDICOEVO does not charge patients a medical-tourism facilitation fee for its standard patient-referral/facilitation services. MEDICOEVO may receive a commission, referral fee or other commercial compensation from participating hospitals or healthcare providers. Where legally required or where the nature of a recommendation could reasonably create a conflict of interest, MEDICOEVO will provide appropriate disclosure.
2.10 Payments
Patients may be required to pay hospitals, doctors or third-party providers directly. Any payment made to MEDICOEVO, if applicable for a separate agreed service, will be subject to terms communicated before payment.
2.11 Refunds and Cancellations
Hospital, doctor, airline, hotel and other third-party payments are governed by the respective provider's policies. Please see the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
2.12 Website Content
We try to keep website information accurate and current, but medical information, treatment availability, hospital services and pricing may change. We do not guarantee that every statement is always complete or error-free.
2.13 Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, MEDICOEVO website content, branding, logos, graphics, text and original materials are owned by or licensed to SWASTI MEDCORE and may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without permission.
2.14 Prohibited Use
Users must not use the website unlawfully, submit false information, upload malicious files, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, scrape substantial content without permission, impersonate another person or use services fraudulently.
2.15 Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, SWASTI MEDCORE/MEDICOEVO is not liable for medical decisions, medical complications, treatment outcomes, hospital decisions, visa refusals, airline disruptions or other events caused by independent third parties or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
2.16 Force Majeure
MEDICOEVO is not responsible for delays or inability to provide services caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, war, civil unrest, internet outages, strikes or transportation disruptions.
2.17 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in India. Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts/authorities in New Delhi, India.
2.18 Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on the website.
