Do doctors speak English?
Yes — English is the working language in all partner hospitals. Interpreters for Arabic, Bengali, Dari, French and Swahili are arranged when needed.
Can I get a second opinion before travelling?
Yes. We arrange written or video second opinions from senior specialists within 48–96 hours, free of charge.
Is Medico's service really free?
Yes. You pay the hospital directly at its standard international rates; the hospital pays Medico a facilitation fee only after you arrive and start treatment.
How fast can I travel?
Quote within 48 hours, visa letter immediately after you confirm, visa in days — most patients travel within 1–3 weeks.
